CONFERENCE SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE

The 5p- Society is happy to announce that it will issue five (5) scholarships for the 2016 conference.  Scholarships will help a family attend the conference by covering the registration fee for up to two adults and two children ($150.00) and the hotel room for three nights.  There are two ways to apply.  1) online through this link http://goo.gl/forms/jYCBlqvIYk or 2) by downloading the form here that you can fill out, print and send in.
