Annual Conference

SETTING THE SCENE

Pacific Ocean, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Disneyland, California Adventures, Downtown Disney, Knotts Berry Farm, San Diego, Legoland, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Sea World, Los Angeles Zoo, Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Angels, Aquarium of the Pacific, South Coast Plaza Shopping Center, Catalina Island, Missions of California, Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach, Redondo Beach, Long Beach, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach and Laguna Beach.  These are a few of our favorite things for you to visit, see, and do in Southern California.  

The Hilton in Costa Mesa, California will be the location for the 2016 Annual Conference for the 5p- Society.  Chosen for its ease of access to one of the major highways (405 Freeway) that can lead you to one of the many locations listed above, with the furthest away being San Diego at about 2 hours south.  The Hilton has offered to shuttle individuals to and from the John Wayne Airport (SNA) and to two of the premiere major shopping areas, South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island Newport Beach.  Costa Mesa is also home to the Orange County Fair that will be in full force during our conference – home of the chocolate covered ANYTHING (avocados, bacon, Twinkies, Oreos, grilled cheese sandwiches . . .) and it’s awesome concert series (it’s about 5 miles away).

Make sure you are Red Carpet and camera ready as the paparazzi will be greeting you as you walk the red carpet to the banquet on Saturday night.

Reserve your spot at the location by calling (800) 445-8667, cut-off for reservations is June 27, 2016 to guarantee the group rate of $139.00 per night.  Please make sure you tell the hotel you are making a reservation for the 5p- Society Conference.  There will be a limited number of suites available at $189.00 per night.  If you are driving or renting a vehicle there will be a $12.00 a night parking fee.  Make sure you let the hotel know if you need a crib, roll-away, refrigerator or any other concession (there will be an extra fee for these items).  If you are planning to make a trip out of it and would like to stay at the hotel outside the main dates, please let us know at director@fivepminus.org.
